Yesterday I had the honor to photograph one of the most fun weddings I have ever been to! Jenna and Patrick were married at Rice Park in St. Paul, Minnesota. They must have brought good weather with them from New York because the heat wave ended just in time for their outdoor wedding. They started the day by getting ready at the St. Paul Hotel and made their way to the ceremony location in the center of Rice Park in front of the Landmark Center. Jenna’s brother-in-law, Rep. John Lesch, married them while the ceremony music was provided by Ali and Patrik. Their song selection couldn’t have been more perfect.
After the ceremony we headed over to the James. J. Hill Reference Library for mingling during the cocktail hour. Once inside the gorgeous library, guests were treated to dinner by Common Roots Catering and cake pops and desserts by Buttercream in St. Paul. After the speeches and everyone was ready to dance, Mish Mash rocked the reception! Having a live band at the wedding kept everyone on the dance floor until the last note of the evening was played! Sarah from Lasting Impressions was invaluable! She made the whole day run smoothly and was so helpful to the wedding vendors.
Today I’m off to the last day of the Minnesota State Fair with Jenna and Patrick! I can’t wait to blog the awesome images I’m sure we will capture! Stay Posted and leave a note below to congratulate Jenna and Patrick! Seriously. The MOST fun couple. Ever.
