The sun is finally out, the weather is finally starting to warm up and I’m starting to blog regularly. A miracle on all accounts, I think! I have so many sessions to blog about and I’m so excited to be motivated and start blogging these beautiful couples and families! With the nice weather I have also been out planting my veggie garden (for the second year) and my flower garden. I have been showing my little boy how to water the plants and his favorite book right now is “Planting a Rainbow”. I’m such a beginner at this veggie garden stuff, I’m sure he will become an expert before I do!
Today I want to invite you to meet Christine and Josh. This is part one of a two part post. Last fall we captured their love at Hyland Park Reserve in Bloomington. The lighting was perfect! And the location was perfect. There were so many excellent background and we were able to hike and move around to different locations within the same park. They even brought their adorable little puppy for a couple family pictures! I think engagement sessions are a huge part of the entire wedding package. It is a great time for me to get to know each couple on a more personal level; how they met, how they fell in love… before their big day. Then once their wedding comes around I know some important aspect of their lives that can really help me capture some magical moments during their wedding ceremony and reception. In March I was delighted to capture their wedding and that will be the part two of this blog post coming up later this week. Please enjoy!
