It’s snowing in Minneapolis. It’s April 14th. This is some sort of cruel, month long April Fools joke, right? I don’t do winter well. S.A.D. rears it’s ugly head and I start looking at real estate in Texas, California and Florida. We are tired of bundling up, tired of being chilled to the bone and tired of wearing big, sloppy boots. We want to ride bikes and draw chalk rainbows on the driveway.
But we can’t. A mix of freezing rain and snow is lining the streets. In protest, we are staying inside where it’s warm and cozy. Still in pjs and doing school work. Because this is how we rock a snowy spring.
