I’ve been lucky enough to watch Emmie grow up since she was a little girl in the Lucia Choir at the American Swedish Institute. Emmie had a perfect evening for her senior session down at one of my favorite spots at the Guthrie Theater and Mill City Museum area in Minneapolis. This is such a versatile location for senior pictures because of the great new and old buildings, all the fun textures in the backdrops, and even the wildflowers on the bank near the Stone Arch Bridge.
My favorite session time is about 90 minutes before sunset. This allows us to capture the best light, especially in this area, as the sun is setting. Emmie’s session included a few outfit changes and she got to represent her favorite sport, volleyball!
