A week ago I had the pleasure of attending the MPLS St. Paul Weddings magazine event, The Bridal Party. This was the first time I have attended their event and I was blown away with the quality of vendors, fashion shows and the location! As a wedding photographer it is important to me to make sure I’m on top of all the bridal tends of the next wedding season. I get to socialize with other wedding vendors, beautiful brides, watch the well produced fashion show and listen to some fantastic ceremony music.
The event was held at The Depot in downtown Minneapolis. On the weekends, this unique building is an ice rink but it is rented out for special events like the Bridal Party. You may even rent the space for your wedding! Details included floor to ceiling windows, underground parking and a location to die for. I enjoyed the size of the event as it wasn’t too big and overwhelming. There were a lot of quality vendors with beautiful displays. And cake! There was of cake! Monique Lhuiller had stunning gowns on display. Apres dressed the tables in beautiful linens and table settings. I can’t even begin to tell you how beautiful they where. I met so many wonderful people and I had such a great time. I would definitely recommend brides to attend future events by MPLS St. Paul Weddings. I would even suggest grooms to come along! (There is a bar!) I also wanted to mention that Ali and Patrik were playing ceremony/event music live for five hours! It was such a treat to be able to hang out with them during the show!
