It was a cold day in Minnesota. And I mean really, really cold. That is to be expected during a winter wedding in Minneapolis. But that did not stop us from having the most fantastic time at Kayla and Stephen’s wedding. Their ceremony took place at Mary Queen of Peace Church in Rogers, Mn. Stephen anxiously got ready for his first look with his soon-to-be bride, Kayla, and she looked BEAUTIFUL! After a ceremony that was all smiles (and a dropped wedding ring ensuing giggles), we headed over to the Maple Grove Town Green Amphitheater for a couple pictures but there was too much snow to get in (and just a bit too cold!). So we headed to the reception at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest in Brooklyn Park. Pay close attention to the centerpieces on the tables. Can you figure out what they are? (Tell me your guess in the comments!) During the slideshow at the reception, Kayla surprised Stephen with a song she sang and recorded — there was not a dry eye in the house.
The whole day was filled with so many smiles and so much laughter. Kayla and Stephen are such a great couple and it was so wonderful to work with them! Congratulations on your wedding!
